About EB-3 Visa Sponsorship Guidance

Nurses Guide Coaching and Consultancy provides structured guidance for international registered nurses who are interested in pursuing U.S. employment opportunities through EB-3 visa sponsorship via trusted recruitment agencies. We do not directly issue visas or sponsorships; instead, we help nurses understand requirements, prepare effectively, and connect with verified pathways.

This pathway is designed for qualified nurses who typically meet requirements such as a BSN or nursing diploma, valid RN license, clinical bedside experience in a hospital setting, and strong English communication skills. Through our guidance support, we assist candidates in navigating each stage of the process by providing:

• Step-by-step understanding of EB-3 sponsorship requirements
• Support in preparing documentation and eligibility readiness
•Guidance for NCLEX preparation and licensing process awareness
• Assistance in connecting with reputable U.S. recruitment agencies
• Continuous informational support throughout the journey

Our focus is to ensure nurses are well-prepared, informed, and confident while pursuing long-term career opportunities in the United States healthcare system.
