Please carefully read and follow the instructions below to ensure timely processing of your application and to avoid any discrepancies.

  • • Applications are reviewed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday) after submission.
  • • If your documents are approved, you will receive an email to proceed to the next stage.
  • • If your documents are not approved, you will be notified via email. Please also check your spam/junk folder.

Important Clarification

Nurses Guide does not offer direct employment.

We act as a mediator between Registered Nurses and a licensed U.S. recruitment agency. Your application will be processed and forwarded to the respective U.S. recruitment agency for further consideration.

Pre-Requirements (Before Applying)

Before submitting your application, please ensure you have the following:

  • ✔ Updated CV (in .docx or .pdf format only)
  • ✔ Valid Nursing License / RN Certificate / PIN (in .pdf or .jpg format)
  • ✔ 1-minute English language screening video

Video Instructions

Please record a short video (approximately 1 minute) answering the following questions:

  1. Your introduction
  2. What advice will you give to nursing students?
  3. How will you serve if you are selected to work in the USA?

CV Requirements

Only applications with an updated CV matching the information provided in this form will be accepted.

Your CV must:

  • • Be current and fully updated
  • • Clearly mention your current hospital and unit
  • • Include complete employment history with start and end dates (or “Current” if ongoing)

License Requirements

Please upload your valid, active RN license / PIN / Practicing Certificate in .pdf or .jpg format only.

Ensure that:

  • • Both front and back sides are included
  • • Expiry date is clearly visible
  • • The license is from your current working country

Application & Fee Information

  • • A processing fee of PKR 30,000 is required before initiating the application process.
  • • This fee covers application processing, documentation handling, and interview preparation guidance.
  • • In case the Registered Nurse is not selected in the interview,the processing fee will be refunded.

After successful selection in the interview:

  • • The application will be forwarded for contract issuance.
  • • Before signing the contract, a consultancy fee will be applicable and must be paid by the candidate/Registered Nurse.
